Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, the item must be in the same condition sent out. Postage to return an item is down to you. Refunds are sent 5 working days after the item has returned to Platts Antiques. 

Returns for international buyers are not accepted. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage

  • Your order number or receipt

International buyers, we do not take responsibility for damage or loss after we have shipped the item. We will however help you the best we can with the insurance claim from the couriers.
