A charming Victorian cranberry glass lidded jar, beautifully decorated with an elegant floral garland in rich ruby red tones. This attractive piece features a faceted clear glass body with deep cranberry flashed rim and base, finished with its original oversized stopper. The delicate scrolling floral decoration gives the jar a wonderfully refined late 19th-century appearance, making it both decorative and practical.
A lovely example of Victorian art glass, perfect for display in a cabinet, dressing table setting, or alongside other period glassware collections. The ruby colouring catches the light beautifully and adds a warm antique character to any interior.
Condition: In good antique condition with age-related wear consistent with use and age. Slight chip on the edge of the lid which cannot be seen when the lid is on.
